A refund request may be made within 12 hours of booking if you decide that you no longer wish to receive the tarot reading. No refund will be provided after the 12-hour cancellation window has passed.
Cancellation & Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 12 hours of the booking. This window exists because preparation of your reading may begin shortly after your booking is confirmed.
Within 12 Hours of Booking
A full refund may be requested by contacting us with your booking details. Refunds are processed in a reasonable timeframe.
After 12 Hours of Booking
No refund will be provided. The booking is considered confirmed and preparation of your reading may have begun.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 12-hour window, please contact us at:

Reading Delivery
Once the 12-hour cancellation period has passed, the booking is considered confirmed and preparation of the reading may begin. Your personalized reading will be delivered to your email within 3–4 days of confirmed booking and payment.
